How to Book Your Experience


To ensure each session receives the preparation it deserves, we follow a simple three-step booking process:

  1. Request Your Dates: Send us an email (equinesoulconnections@gmail.com) with your preferred dates and times (available Friday through Sunday) Our team will respond within 24-48 hours to confirm availability and finalize your booking.

  2. Secure Your Spot: Once we’ve aligned on a date, you will receive a custom payment link. This link remains active for 24 hours. Please complete payment within this window to officially hold your date, as we are unable to hold times longer to ensure all clients have fair access to the calendar.

  3. Prepare for Your Journey: After payment is received, you’ll get a confirmation email with all session details and a short intake form. This helps us customize the experience specifically to you.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • All of our private sessions are 1 hour long. We find this is the perfect amount of time to get acclimated to the space, center yourself, and deeply connect with the herd.

  • Absolutely! While we offer one-on-one private healing sessions, you are welcome to book a private duo or small group session with friends or loved ones. Pricing is still per person and your session will remain completely exclusive to your group.

  • Due to limited availability, when you request a date, we can only hold the appointment slot for 24 hours. Once your digital invoice is paid, your session is officially locked in, and you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.

  • Yes! Our sessions are facilitated alongside our wonderful horse(s). You will be sharing space and connecting with her throughout your guided meditation and/or sound bath experience.

  • Your session is entirely private - no strangers will ever be added to your booked time. Because our healing spaces are located outdoors on our beautiful property, you will be surrounded by the peaceful, natural sounds of the farm, our neighbors, and nature.

  • Because sessions take place outdoors, please wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather and closed-toe shoes for safety around the horses.

  • Because our sessions are held outdoors, they are weather-dependent. In the event of severe or heavy rain, we will reach out to you to reschedule your sessions to the next available date that works for you.

  • We require at least 7 days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Because slots are limited and held exclusively for you, cancellations made inside this window or no-shows are non-refundable. Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 10% fee to cover administrative and processing costs.

  • Yes. For the safety of our guests, our horses, and our property, a signed liability waiver is mandatory for all participants prior to beginning the session.

  • Our sessions take place on the ground that can be uneven or rustic. Participants should be comfortable walking and standing on natural terrain. If you have specific mobility concerns or physical limitations, please let us know when booking so we can best accommodate you!
